THE ROLE

You are the voice of the customer and the glue between exceptional customer experiences and operational excellence. We’re looking for a go-getter who can help us establish leading operational practices and build our customer communities across the West Coast.

Key Responsibilities:
Plannning and Optimization: operationalize Zoomo product / pricing / ops strategy and improvement initiatives

Customer acquisition: manage local online and offline marketing campaigns, pitching in to take customers across the finish line

Customer retention: develop and executing customer retention strategies across the market

Analytics and reporting: report on local marketing, sales, and community efforts weekly and coming up with solutions to drive more impact from these efforts

Special projects and pilots: innovate and execute special projects. From leading our Bike Chaser team to drive down theft globally to leading local marketing campaigns, from developing high-impact partnerships to owning the relationships and execution of partnership campaigns on a weekly basis.

Be the voice of the customer: engage with customers daily and advocating for how we can provide better products and services. Manage relationships and performance of our central support functions and be our West Coast ambassador

Community building: Build thriving digital and physical communities in our West Coast markets

Requirements

Skills:
Self-starter who is empathetic, humble, and gravitates towards solving tough problems

Experience in customer-facing roles and a track record of delivering exceptional experiences

Leadership experience managing cross-functional projects and teams

Tech-savy. Can pick-up and navigate technology platforms (e.g., google suite, CRM systems) in a breeze

Adaptable and the ability to think on your feet

Entrepreneurial mindset. Enjoy moving fast and building things that last
