Your Job

As an Associate on the Business Operations team on SMB, you will play a key role in tying together the organization’s data and operations. You will drive insights and create impact across the spectrum of the business. The ideal candidate is a quick learner and enjoys and takes ownership of their work, is highly adaptable, and prioritizes being a great teammate. You must be comfortable working in a dynamic environment, defining new processes and tactics, and continually evolving in your functional focus. The role requires someone with a highly analytical mind who is also curious about life and how/whether data represents reality. (Or, more accurately, which ‘reality’ the data represents, and why).

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations and collaboration with key partners related to positions management and project tracking

  • Identify and execute on opportunities to improve team results

  • Provide ad hoc data analysis and operational assistance as needed

  • Manage the procurement process of key research activities that drives the strategy around the business

  • Assist in financial forecasting/budgeting and reporting


Who You Are

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a finance or operations role

  • Intermediate proficiency in excel/gsheets

  • High EQ and ability to build strong relationships throughout the organization

  • Proven stakeholder management skills with diverse/cross-functional stakeholders

  • Highly organized, positive, proactive, and results-oriented

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Self-starter with an eagerness to learn and make things better

Bonus:

  • Experience with Tableau and/or data visualization tools

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, long term incentives, an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.

Salary Range Transparency

Austin 74,000 - 100,000 USD per year
